kind 30000, these are NIP-51 https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/183 public and private `mute` lists, will be interoperable with other clients.
User moderation is coming soon to snort.
You'll be able to mute (public) or block (private) people and this will prevent their notes and reposts from appearing in your timelines. If they sneak into a thread you are reading you'll be able to see what they say if you want, wdyt?

Is any client adding geohash tag to notes? Does any relay support filtering notes by geohash? Perhaps clients could use this to allow tagging notes with a physical location and having a "Notes nearby" feed for users that want it.
