Anonymous zaps are possible, clients can make ephemeral keys for pseudonymous zaps. The UX of this will evolve so you'll be able to choose if you want to reveal your npub when paying, or even if you want it to be a zap at all.
Just wanted to get it out so people can start playing with it.

Is an extension to LN-URL pay that allows payer to specify a signed zap request (want to pay to this profile or note from this pubkey). On payment completed LN-URL server broadcasts a receipt with the request, invoice and payment proof to payer-specified relays.
