I don’t have access to a cold plunge, but a cold shower is the next best thing. I have been a sauna advocate for years, it’s a perfect post workout activity. Only need about 15 minutes to reap the proposed benefits from heat shock proteins, if there are any. Regardless, the way it makes me feel is enough to keep it up 😁
