One thing I learned is that AT&T doesn’t really protect pre-paid accounts as hard, so post-paid cell service is better.
Sim Swap adventure still ongoing. Out of sheer luck I figured out what carrier the hacker tried to transfer my phone number to.
But now my phone number is stuck on the new carrier, but I don’t have any info about the account so I’ve been on the phone for 2 hours trying to get carrier 2 to give me the info.
It appears my number is in limbo
I was SIM swapped last night and my phone number was transferred to some unknown carrier.

I’d try to go as far as you can with software first, because a board like this is pretty significantly complicated. Not easy to prototype.

Some stats about my "routing" node... I have long since given up on maintaining it. Only doing channel operations for very specific things.
Some surprising things though:
⚡ 21507 TOTAL forwarding events over approximately 3 years
⚡ 819 forwarding events in last 3 months
⚡ 331 sats in last 3 months
So obviously this thing isnt not profitable, though I like there there is relatively decent amount of routing activity.

I have not heard of Arkos OS, so to me that is probably the most difficult part, and the board being open enough that we can reprogram it.

Humidity in the tent is holding well. The mushrooms degrade at 50-60% humidity really fast, but they love it at like 85-90% humidity.

I didn’t really realize how cool the BitAxe project was before diving into the circuit board design of it.
Unlike most other #bitcoin open-source hardware projects, the BitAxe is a true electronics project which has an in-depth electrical schematic and high quality PCB layout which includes a relatively powerful switching power converter.
I am really excited for the Block nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m bitcoin mining chip because a plethora of new boards and form factors can bloom. Instead of using some Bitmain black box IC, a well documented chip could really put us off on the races for the types of waste heat designs can possibly be created.

Is there a sort of coordinator lock-in? Could it possibly be designed in a way which allows all of the different coordinators to share the same liquidity pool?
Now that would be an interesting metric.
