First time getting Ramen in Japan, was amazing! Only $11 for a bowl + a side, rich broth, tasty veggies, free tap water. It was a much needed break from paying $25 to eat some bland meat and potatoes in Switzerland + $3 for tap water.

On my flight to Riga (layover in Copenhagen) and there are 50 babies/kids sitting around me. Haven't seen a flight with so many kids before. I assume it's because of Denmark's generous childcare benefits, must be nice to be a parent when the government has generous parental subsidies

Off-roading to the middle of nowhere to see the stars and meteors will never get old. Our ancestors used to see these stars every night to compensate for the utter darkness, crazy how much light humans can now cheaply create.
