Yesterday morning it began to rain yet again and lasted all day. This year it REALLY feels like we live in the PNW with the constant drizzles. Normally we have snow cover for another month at least, but this could mean I will have the garden tilled a month earlier than normal.
The spinach are kicking ass so far and the other seeds are continuing to sprout. The S9 is doing a bangup job of keeping the greenhouse warm enough and it is making just about enough a day to pay for the power.
Today looks like a misc chores day around the farm since it should be mostly clear and lightly warm now that the storms have moved on.

Easy solution to the blinds is just take em down, then no cleaning. We have coverings only on the bedroom windows while the rest of the house is open to the light/dark. It's nice living in the country where our neighbors are on the other side of the creek.

Yesterday morning we woke to our central heat not working which thankfully happened now that it's spring and not when it was -20F. It is just the flue exhaust fan died and thankfully we have the fireplace I was ablbe to get going to keep the house warmed. The new fan won't be here until Monday though so we will be heating by wood until then.
The greenhouse is doing wonderfully with the bitcoinheater hashing away. I was really pleased to see the soil temps at 55F mid day which should do wonders for the seedlings.

Just ordered some Narcan to have in my med kit now that it is available to the public. I am in the city picking up spent brewing grain across the street from a heroin den and see the zombies regularly. There have been od's there when I am not around, but I want to be prepared just in case. Fent is a way to common thing now and WAY too potent. This link is Washington state and is FREE and you can get either nasal or injectible. You could save a life by having the right tool with you at the right time.

Lol, I make a quart mason jar full and have a hot water kettle I am constantly topping it off with. I end up drinking at least half a gallon each morning over 4+ hours but it's mainly water so good for hydration.
I haven't tried it, my regular is gunpowder green which is really tame on me. But I do make mine British with non-dairy creamer and Ripple which is a pea protein drink that tides my system over until I eat mid day.
Oh the joys. The exhaust fan on our furnace went out so we have no central heat until the new one arrives. Luckily we have the fireplace which I am going to have to clean off and get going. It's nice being able to troubleshoot electrical, saves me tons of money and time having someone else do it. #homesteading #diy

Yesterday morning I got my first decompression chiro appointment, this on my lower back. Today I get the neck decompression which I am seriously looking forward to in hopes it resets my top vertebra.
I have my S9 in the greenhouse heating and hashing. It did just fine overnight looking at the dashboard so in a couple hours I will check the temp inside to see the difference. So much nicer to have my heater mostly paying for itself.
I filled potholes on our road in the afternoon as the street sweeper and the snow plow exposed them in the fall and winter. It's not a horrible job since all the gravel gets swept to the side so I just have to shovel it over to each.

Greenhouse Heater is hashing away and we will see how the temp changes. The oil heater and heat lamp had it at 60F since it is 40F outside. This should bring the temp up a good bit and I am only using the one device to heat and hash.
The second layer of plastic has no condensation on it so I'm pretty comfortable having it just sitting on the crate.

You convinced me and I have a number of my main apps going in it. I am noticing that I have to uninstall some apps to get the version thru Obtanium to install without errors, but small price to pay to cut the cord with google on as many apps as I can.

Yesterday morning first thing I was at the dentist getting the temporary crown which will be a permanent in 2 weeks. I HATE dental work but this was super needed so I had to bite the bullet and get it done. That did mean the rest of my day was spent recuperating from the anesthetic that took over 6 hours to wear off on my lower jaw.
I did manage to be productive for a while and got a new batch of tortillas made. The stack of 2 dozen began to shrink the moment I was done making them, wwhich is always a good compliment to the cook.
Our flying club meeting went well and we have work to do on Mt Spokane to try and get access for paragliding and hanggliding there, which would be killer as I could likely fly home or near home from the top.
Today I'm going to try to put my S9 in my greenhouse as the heater to see how it will do.
