I'm an Introvert, Father, Farmer, Paraglider Pilot, Climber, USAF Disabled Vet, Runner, Glassblower, Photographer, Perpetual Student & Stoic. Freedom is as Freedom does.

Curious myself. I just listened to Shirley McClain's book about her trip on the Camino. My paraglider wing is named the Camino so got interested recently via the name connection.

I think this is a means to make it happen on mesh. I haven't looked at which crypto it allows but it should prove hashes can be sent and received.

Made it to ND yesterday. Really it is such an insanely flat state and you can see for miles in any direction. The lack of trees helps you to see so far. The west side of the state has a ton of oil rigs still working. The flares from the wells are like candles glowing in the vastness.

I will say my greenhouse grown plants got huge compared to outdoor, but I am by Spokane.

I found it didn't matter much but I do mix mine with bud mostly so it masks any harshness that could happen. The general m.o. though is to cure slow and at certain temps/humidity. I know the plantations have huge curing houses that they hang the bundles in.

I've grown Delaware, Hopi, and Bel-B tobacco and it doesn't much matter to me which one I smoke. A lot is the cure.

Reminds me of the Justy from back in the day.

Exactly! The beets and Leeks both seem to do well in the frosts too. If the row wasn't right in the middle I'd try to leave it for lonr.

The garden is gradually getting winterized with only a few rows left to deal with. Kale and chard can handle the frosts so are still looking super strong while hte beans rows need to be pulled. The peppers came out of hte freeze dryer perfect and need to get another batch going soon. At least my workload this year is much less than prior years.

Personally I prefer nitro methane ane burning rubber over gasoline but to each their own

Check and see if they are multiple cloves or just one. I try to break all cloves apart for planting and I had an entire variety that had sprouted roots. Probably best to plant them a bit deeper so the tip of the shoot is just under soil level, then cover with straw, needles, etc for winter which should keep those shoots okay.

Exactly. Havrest in July, save seed garlic in cooler to stratify until October when they get planted and in spring they will pop.

After the grain run in the morning yesterday I worked on the garlic garden prep then sorted out the #garlic for seed. It has to get cold stratified but there is a bit more drying needed so the bags in box will be in the sun for another day or two to help finish them. Less moisture in the peels will reduce the chances of molds.

We had a great set of thunderstorms roll through yesterday afternoon and I went up on the hill to watch it pass. It didn't drop a ton of rain but enough to clean the dust off the foliage and leave the air clearer. Made for a much cooler night last night too.
