I mince garlic for almost every recipe I cook 😂 adds so much for so little!
Oven roasted garlic or the oil process like you have here is the best way to eat garlic. It's like candy at that point.. mm mm mmm. I used to love to make cream of roasted garlic soup. I might need to revisit that soon
