"DEI" is not what it seems.
Its "diversity" is highly selective and forced. It aims to stoke old racial and intersexual animosities.
The "inclusion" it claims to champion is likewise selective and paper-thin; it does not extend to opinions, viewpoints or speech. Even if you check all the boxes, having a wrong opinion in public will see you frozen out in two heartbeats.
The "equity" it mentions are mostly the inflated compensation packages of "DEI" officers in higher ed and corporate entities, while the job content boils down to marginalising whites and asian-ancestry people, men and other common joes in their organisation, while posting utterly predictable dregs on social media.
Or in summary: It's a socially destructive, neo-racist scam to enrich the few at a cost to the many, inclusing its supposed stakeholders, in education, corporates and society as a whole.
