حكم دفع الزكاة في تفطير الصائمين:
الزكاة للفقراء والمساكين وبقية المصارف المذكورة في الآية الكريمة: {إنما الصدقات للفقراء والمساكين...}،
والذين يأكلون من هذا الطعام يكون فيهم الغني وغير المسلم ومن ليس من أهل الزكاة، فلا يجوز صرف الزكاة في مشروع إفطار الصائم.

حديث: (شهر رمضان أوله رحمة وأوسطه مغفرة وآخره عتق من النار).
حديث: (صوموا تصحوا)
حديث: (لو يعلم العباد ما في رمضان لتمنت أمتي أن يكون رمضان السنة كلها، إن الجنة لتتزين لرمضان من رأس الحول إلى الحول).

إن أحسست بثقل الطاعة في رمضان فأكثر قول : "لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله" فلا حركة ولا استطاعة ولا حيلة ولا قوة لأحد على إقامة طاعة الله والثبات عليها إلا بتوفيق الله ومشيئته سبحانه وتعالى .
