#Bitcoin taught me the power of open source information Goal: open source fitness Unlock your body’s potential (free) 👉https://tinyurl.com/2p8989aj Make 🍊 💊 fun again: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/bitcoin-audible/id1359544516?i=1000598516807

Goal is not make heavy weight feel light

but rather to make light weight feel heavy

(Took me 6 years to learn this):

I’ve spent 2,469 days learning to fitness

I spent 112 hours building this program.

And it’s easily worth $50. Then I thought..

“fu*ck that, that’s not how bitcoiners do it”

Open Source Fitness: https://t.co/9WcsuSQQfQ

This is the first epoch where the #bitcoin  balance on exchanges has gone down...

This time is different.

#BTC

Adopt the 80/20 lifestyle.

80% of the time you're eating clean & training hard:

- whole foods

- high protein

- hitting the weights

20% of the time you're enjoying things like:

- pizza

- ice cream

- movie night

Balance is key.

Stressed?

Breathing exercise :

Step 1 - Stop what you’re doing

Step 2 - Inhale into the belly for 4 seconds

Step 3 - Hold breath for 4 seconds

Step 4 - Exhale for 6 seconds

Repeat for 3 rounds.

Feel better?

I dont know who needs to hear this but

A bad day in the gym is better than a bad day watching netflix

Idea:

I can’t code but what if some made a automated follow software to transfer twitter following

1. Change bio to just nostr pub

2. Scraps pub and finds nostr account

Is this possible?

Difficult if possible?

The gym is pure willpower

If you can’t get yourself to be consistent

Means you need to build the skill of controlling your behaviors

Now you have a clear problem and goal to get after

Is Charlie Munger a fraud?

Critics accuse him of being intellectually dishonest and outdated, while supporters hail him as a genius.

Which side are you on?

>>>🧵<<<

Alright buckle up folks,

because we're about to take a ride down Charlie Munger's career.

For those of you who are Munger critics, and have a poor opinion of him (me 🤚🏼)

I'm warning you now - this thread might just make you feel even more justified in your distrust of the man

Let's start with the elephant in the room:

✅ Accusation that Munger is intellectually dishonest

Critics point to his tendency to borrow heavily from other thinkers...

and not always give proper credit

also: being accused of being overly simplistic in his explanations, glossing over important details to make his points seem more profound than they really are.

Another sticking point for many, is Munger's connection to Warren Buffett.

Some argue that Munger's success is largely due to his partnership with Buffett,

and that he doesn't deserve the accolades he's received as a result.

Speaking of accolades ↓

Munger's reputation as a wise sage of investing is not without its critics.

Some argue that his advice is too generic to be useful

What make him unique?

Then there are those who question Munger's ethics:

Some point to his involvement with companies like Coca-Cola,

which has been criticized for its labor practices and environmental impact.

Funny how the only thing that affects the environment is #bitcoin

Others criticize Munger for his association with the University of Michigan,

which has been accused of prioritizing profit over its students and employees

He has also been accused of sexism and racism, particularly in his comments about women and minorities in the workplace

On the topic of workplace behavior,

some have criticized Munger's leadership style,

arguing that he's too domineering and dismissive of opposing viewpoints.

Munger criticizes certain political issues.

Then there are those who simply find Munger to be insufferably smug and self-righteous.

They accuse him of using his wealth and influence to look down on those who are less fortunate.

Finally, there's the argument that Munger's advice is simply outdated in the modern business world.

Some critics argue that his ideas about investing and leadership are rooted in a bygone era and don't apply to today's rapidly changing landscape.

Less caffeine.

More sleep.

Less processed garbage.

More whole foods.

Less alcohol.

More water.

Minor adjustments equal massive results.

You can cut out carbs

You can cut out alcohol

You can cut out diet soft drinks

You can cut out every vice.

But your life will be boring.

I eat and drink all of these things and I'm at peak health.

The devil is in the dose.
