Finally verified. I used the NIP05 plugin for btcpay. Super easy.

I tried all the other methods for my domain and nothing worked. Thanks for all the help @djbooth007

Btcpay plugin made it simple.

Go to your btcpay dashboard click on manage plugins - install nostr nip05

- type in your name

- enter your pubkey but it must be in hex format. You can use damus.io/key to get your hex

- add relays

Go to your clients settings - edit profile- input NIP05 identifier. Should be yourname@btcpay.yourdomain

One thing you learn real quick in bitcoin, it takes 30 seconds to drop 1k and it can take weeks to gain 1k.
