Not until March 2026. You are on my list. NOSTR really took me by suprise this year. Unfortunately the labor of traditional wood fired maple syrup isn't something I can scale. I tapped 700 trees, but have a couple thousand I could tap. I would have to go to RO systems, Nat Gas burners, pressure filters, and hire help. (Industrial). I'll keep it simple.

I did in winter, including winter hat,until I moved out at 18. Old farmhouse in NW Ohio, no heat upstairs, bunch of blankets, on good cold nights a glass of water would get iced over on nightstand. Summer, as little as possible, no AC either. 1988 drought got to 106 here(no heat index or feels like)

Yea, he shoots around -4 to Even on regular tees, 5 to 10 over on speed round, and 6-12 over par from pro tees. I'm old and I'm between 5-10 over on regular tees.
I used to golf with my dad and cousin every few weeks in summer. Expensive, crowded, we were never good but had fun. I started taking my boys disc golfing when they were 10-11. 7 years later we disc golf 3-4 times a week in summer. Great course within our range. One son does regular round, and then a jogging/sprinting round for conditioning. He loves it. (24 minutes, 18 holes, 5 over)

And here is end product. All was awesome. We do have organic San Marzano tomatoes locally, but not quite the same as ones in soil of Vesuvius. Also flour in US is different, I can get a match when I buy imported Italian or French flour, but I didn't have any on hand. Need imported olive oil and peccorino also to get the last little A+ instead of an A.

Was 10-11 months to raise instead of barn raised 5 months.
