Not great news for people wanting maple syrup, but good news for me. Sap run weather is freeze at night, 35-40 sunny in day. Once I tap, the tree will slow in 5 weeks and heal and stop at 6. This gives me time to plan. If a season lasts 7 weeks, I want tapped during the best 4. If I tapped 10 days ago for a small 1 day run, I would've lost 2.5 weeks of an open tap until next warmup, losing part of my season.

we did look into zaprite, but we would have to pay monthly, have our own domain for a website and so on. It was a little much for us. OSHI wants to do more promoting and I think they are affiliated with zaprite. I think they wanted out of payment processing (they did the payment for me and Sarah)

yep they are great. With OSHI changing direction we didn't have an easy way on square to allow bitcoin payments, so I am trying a few new things. We are both hobbyists, and old, so our volume isn't big enough to justify a paid payment processor at this time. well see how Shopstr or @Plebeian work for us.
