I normally buy maple syrup locally, but seeing as they don't accept bitcoin and my dude here is basically local enough, I'm going to get syrup from him this year.
OK maple 🍁 fans. I will be posting my process where your maple syrup comes from. Final clean by boiling water, and test fire before tapping . Only vinegar to clean stainless pans, and then hot water boil. Tapping next week. nostr:npub1vwymuey3u7mf860ndrkw3r7dz30s0srg6tqmhtjzg7umtm6rn5eq2qzugd nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx

Got you in my list.
I went to a small maple syrup producer when I was a kid visiting friends in Quebec. We went through the whole process. Very interesting. From collecting sap from the trees, to boiling it, to tapping the final product. We also made something called jack-wax, where the hot AF boiling syrup was poured out on the snow where it quickly solidified in 4-5in strips. It was like candy. I learned a lot on that trip I always fondly remember it.
Nice! We normally go to the local maple syrup festival every year here. It's always the same thing, but we always enjoy it.
He's definitely not far from you... And having looked through his history it'd be a real shame if you weren't able to grab some bacon.
