And here is end product. All was awesome. We do have organic San Marzano tomatoes locally, but not quite the same as ones in soil of Vesuvius. Also flour in US is different, I can get a match when I buy imported Italian or French flour, but I didn't have any on hand. Need imported olive oil and peccorino also to get the last little A+ instead of an A.
