There's a ton of information out there, so it can be difficult to sift through the rubbish to dicover the useful stuff. There are a lot of prerequisites to grasping the tech, mainly around rethinking our understanding of physics. Once you change your perspective and understanding, it becomes a bit easier to discern who is working on things that may be promising.

It can only be aether based physics that will get us there. Ken Wheeler (Theoria Apophasis on YT) has a vast amount of written and video work on the topic, but it goes deep and takes time to understand it. Then there is Dan Winter (DanWinterFractalField on YT) doing similar work from a slightly different perspective but providing similar cohesiveness in his explanations. That would probably be enough to get you started if you are interested in the topic.
Curiously, these ideas are also perfectly aligned with understanding and explaining consciousness, as proposed by Hammerhoff and Penrose.
