Node Runners.. What are pros & cons of opening channels on clearnet, as well as via tor? I assume if I turn on clearnet, it only really does soething if a channel is opened via clearnet.. Or has this broken my brain :/

1.5months OS last year, and my tinnitus became far quieter. Now its BACK!! Its like having switch mode power supply constantly ringing in my ears.. With pulses up and down in volume and pitch.. Getting harder to get to sleep over last week..
