If you aren't in the US then Wallet of Satoshi is probably the easiest and most reliable.
I am using Minibits which has been pretty good too, but not as easy to set up.

All of these are custodial, I'm not sure there's an easy way to receive zaps non-custodial if you don't run your own node.

I think it’s honestly quite nice they’re not clogging up the network. Kinda like a L3 for ultra normies that will trade it all for the carrot of number go up technology.
