My favorite thing about yoga is that it is a practice never to be truly perfected. It’s a gift of ancient movement and wisdom, challenging both your body and ego, through the manipulation and respect of gravitational forces. A moving meditation that teaches you to listen to, channel, and observe your breath through the focus of your mind, body, and soul.

As a child from the eighties, I got to say it’s pretty incredible to be alive and experience the ever evolving spectrum of technology advancing from an 8bit NES console to a now standard of 64bit architecture that we all keep inside our pockets with all the world’s information and knowledge at our fingertips while simultaneously connected to each other across the entire planet. Growing up on both sides of the internet is a wild ride but I’m certainly grateful for the ticket of admission. Where’s the next stop? Do we level up or do we find the warp zone with AI? Or have we already…? 👀 What do you all think nostr fam? 🤔
