How's the carnivore diet going?
Gave up after a week. I lost 3kg and was energy deprived.
My surfing sucked and I was finding it hard to run longer distances.
I was eating 4 meals a day and I still lost weight which isnβt good for me as a guy whoβs 6β3 and on the skinny end :/
If I were to try it again I would tone down the cardio in my exercise routine but I enjoy it too much.
