š£ We've deployed a hotfix to allow the captain of a boat to trim their own sails, regardless of their Sailing level requirement. This change has been made so that players can use their sails in situations where they have boosted their Sailing level higher to build the sail. We'll consider whether other facilities should also benefit from this change.

@Game News We've deployed another hotfix to fix a bug where Dragon Sheets were not having their drop rate boosted correctly while on a Slayer task. Frost Dragons and Lava Strykewyrms should now drop Dragon Sheets 5x more frequently while on a Slayer task. Apologies to any of you who've spent Slayer points skipping for these tasks in the meantime, and thanks to all of you for reporting this one to make sure we investigated!

Ahoy Sailors!
At approximately 2pm UTC there will be at least 40 mins downtime while we make various tweaks and fixes after yesterday's launch, alongside granting lost XP to those who missed out following our changes.
This will be accompanied with a 20-minute timer in-game.
If additional downtime is required, we'll let you know ASAP!
A full blog covering all the details will be out shortly, but we thought you'd appreciate the heads up so you can fit in a well-earned break!

We're aware of an issue which has resulted from recent engine changes to fix boats getting stuck. Currently, boats are bypassing collision checks, so the game will teleport you to Port Sarim as a safeguard.
We're working on reverting that change, which will require a reboot with no downtime.
We'll send out a 10-minute timer today, once we are ready and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Our estimations for downtime needed to return all lost XP were incorrect.
Rather than keeping the game offline for all players for even longer, we will be shortly bringing worlds back online. Some players will find they have not yet had all of their XP returned. We will instead process these returns while the game is live, and each player impacted will be force logged out of the game. If a player is in combat, you will be able to continue playing, but will be instantly logged out once you leave combat.
We heavily advise that players do not engage in dangerous activities during this time. We are prioritising HCIM accounts first, and will inform you when we're finished with our work.
As a temporary safety measure, we have disabled access to Tombs of Amascut and Theatre of Blood.
