Challenge anybody on here to explain how Tether / USDT is not a massive fraud run by international money launderers and crooks. And if Tether is, then is Bitcoin also?
Somebody on here please also explain the Chinese involvement / massive investment in crypto mining. Wanxiang. Explain them. Go! I want to get in, but I can’t see past it potentially being an enormous Chinese / Italian mob rug pull scam.
I find the Tether FUD pack on Twitter (Bitfinex’d, Crytamdamus, Boring Sleuth, etc) to be rather compelling. So that’s what holds me back from crypto… though I like the concept. Someone convince me Tether is legit, and I will get in. Otherwise I will wait until that string is pulled out. Tether gives off strong international scammer / transnational criminal vibes.
