In principle, no.

Iris client has this thing to backup your data in json format, and upload it as required. The profile and follows file failed to download, it was empty.

But the my events file did work. It said it restored all my follows, although actually only 850 seem to have made it. But it's good enough to make me stick around.

I just watched a snippet where Milei explains Hayek's argument that socialism would require omniscient, omnipotent beings to implement it, i.e. god-like rulers... I have said it many times:

I think that's exactly what many among the global communist elites hope and believe that AI will enable them to achieve, after 3 centuries of failed "enlightened absolutism".

They think they finally have solved the problem of central planning and "scientific materialism" rule. nostr:note19qay3vmcvaeqn54z5vqhstxa9sh50pfw09q03t94j3d8gekc2w7sc0punn

Apparently Tucker's interview to Milei on X has become the most watched event ever on that platform (>320M views). Too bad it happened over there.

Luckily the "my events" file wasn't empty though!

OK, I tried it. To no avail.

It's cool that you took the time to work on it and make it available, but it's just way too complicated to run for a non-tech person.

I had to create a GitHub account I have zero use for, then learn how to import the repository. Then learn how to install nodejs, then install a boatload of other stuff I have zero use for needed to run node, then tinker with settings, dependencies, path variables, etc. and even then, when I managed to run the thing after a couple of hours of battling with all that stuff, it hasn't solved the issue.

Most likely I will just dump Nostr after this. This really broke my patience and motivation.

it's 1700+ anyway!

That's correct. My feed is dead since yesterday though, it's not catching any of my follows

All the time, because they're all broken

What the fuck

It's one of those days.

I don't know man, if I were renting in Culver City, at 4 or 5k per month for a lousy studio, I'd be kinda pissed off. But of course, I'm not a virtue-signaling, Dem-voting, genderfluid retard.

So the Spanish government says that the consumer price index is up by 3.3%.

Now we know why the didn't lose one second to offer a refund.
