ideally good actions on the platform generate tokens, but nostr doesnt have p2p methods 'yet' where someone could just load an app an earn tokens

Nostr also needs to somehow finance infrastructure and I'd rather have people sponsor that than to do POW.

I'd rather have 900sat go to you for Astral development than to POW. My client can then consider "Astral 900sat receipts" until you gift them away to spammers.

the problem with sats is it creates a greater barrier to entry and that reduces growth
