This is probably a problem that anonymous #ProofOfPersonhood #blockchain can help to solve. #Gitcoin even deployed a passport aggregating various Proof-of-Personhood mechanisms as to offer more flexibility for apps and their users. The main challenge I see to the adoption of these verification mechanisms is that there are not many users who currently have a valid identity on these systems and many may not be willing to validate their personhood through these systems.

Have you look into #eCash and #Radix scaling proposals? The author doesn’t seem to have considered these in his analysis hence until I see a solid rebuttal of these (which I haven’t yet) I have no reason to believe that these are not possible (whether or not these projects will be successful is another question).

I’m not an expert in scaling #blockchain tech but I’d like to see a rebuttal of the #eCash approach (the #BitcoinCash fork not the Fedimint token) as well as #Radix approach. Maybe those techs aren’t in the radar of the author.

I don’t really understand why some #Bitcoin maxis would oppose #Bip300 by fear of unknown unknowns (which seems the main rational against #drivechains) while at the same time supporting #Fedimint. I haven’t made a deep dive on Fedimint yet, but my sense is that there is more potential for unknown unknowns with this project.
