If the person you're following has no value then don't follow them. If their posts have value to you, you will hurt that value by trying to make them post politely.

Maybe clients need some kind of local classifier to automatically warn you about nsfw. If it all it does is classify, it could run easilty on a phone. Certainly better than asking people to tag for your sensibilities.
