Adapt or get eaten

If votes don't matter then why do politicians go out of their way to manipulate election results? Genuine question

If schools weren’t designed to create mindless workers, if the media wasn’t designed for brainwashing, and if we all were more compassionate, i wonder how society would look like.

Instead of labeling organic food as organic, how about labeling inorganic food as inorganic? Or poison?

Slightly off topic but I never quite understood stacking goals. Humans are greedy and even bitcoin is powered by greed. So stack as much as you can without imposing stacking limits. Or create a goal, achieve it, then create a higher goal. Repeat ad infinitum.

I think the intention behind it is good but I don’t see this succeeding. How accurate can body types be measured? Which variables are taken into account and which are not? And why? How easy is it to get false measurements or even game results? Besides, if the idea is to have better defined categories, where should we draw the line? Should we also measure intelligence, sport iq, anxiety, trauma, will power, etc all of which have an impact on performance? The more variables are introduced the more complicated it gets. And while historical categories are flawed, at least they’re simple and more in line with nature.

People want to be free and also need leaders. In our society those two are hard to coexist.

Government lies used to be good.

Being famous sounds horrible.

Society is fake. Incentives are all fucked up. Things don’t make sense. Yet somehow we’re still marching forward.

The reality is that our society is fake.
