Financial regulators do monitor, so if someone was doing significantly better than the rest of the market over a long enough period of time, there would likely be an investigation.

I'm filtering based on PoW because the public stream is about 99% spam, but doing that means that most of my stream is French language newspaper bots posting articles. While I appreciate that someone took the time to set up the news sites in France with Nostr bots, sometimes I want to see something other than Francylvania.

When network utilization is so high that some users spend most of a ten day period with no connectivity, it is probably time to pause the sales process and put in more infrastructure.
