Honestly the baldur's gate character creator is the best attempt at a trans friendly creator I've seen for a game in its genre, but I decided to make a list of things I think would make the ideal character creator, at least as far as gender goes. This is, of course, assuming you don't have sliders and can only pick from a set of options

-first off, I don't get why devs are obsessed with adding 2 "body shapes" where one is obviously a woman and the other is obviously a man. Just because you don't call them that doesn't mean it's not obvious, we're not stupid.

the solution to this is kind of simple to me. Instead of having a male and female """body shapes""", have your options actually be body shapes. Skinny, muscular, and fat, at minimum, with boobs and genitals toggleable

-don't lock face shapes to what """body shape""" you pick. You really can't claim to be transed gendered friendly if I want to have a "male" body but then can only pick chiseled chad faces

-they do get it right letting you pick any voice, genitals, and any pronouns no matter what kind of character you make, and they don't even use any awkward wording. This is cool.
