Let's see how eurodollars work -- you live in NYC and bank with Chase say, but then one day you move to Londinium (are you listening [USER=11]@clefty[/USER]) ... and you want your NYC money to work in London. So you do the Eurodollar dance. You find a corresponding bank in London, that has ties to your NYC money. Wall Street and Threadneedle Street... can we talk?
So fine, they give you a dollar denominated 'reserve currency' or 'eurodollar' account with your dollars in it and you spend away... ah but how does that work in the Imperial America age eh? Eurodollars are printed by banks in Europe, the same way American banks print Fedbux.
Answer, that bank has a corresponding bank *IN NEW YORK* that can clear for them. Now being a eurodollar bank, they can print money same as any bank in America... yet how does that CLEAR THE FED in NYC? Ah, White Nationalists... listen up to this part. Without that clearing bank in NYC, the USD is useless abroad. I'm saying 'eurodollars' here which is the 70s name, but could say 'petrodollars' if I wished to put an ME spin on it.
Only about half the USD in the world are 'printed' by the Fed and its American banks ('internal money') and the other half is printed by Londinium as part of the Atlantic Alliance (and you wonder why we are fighting in the Ukraine and Middle East... look no further, Sons of Roths). The Fed deals with both high powered and internal money, and the external money printed by banks (both internally *and* externally... Crap.)
So the way your 'check' 'clears' is it goes through the same US based clearing system as inside dollars. Ruh-Roh.
That means the Fed controls half the worlds money supply, but as a reserve currency is the 'LENDER OF LAST RESORT' for Eurodollars too, or the Global economy collapses so of course it doesn't.
