Definitely not in the old one, that part of the spec wasn't ready afaik. The above Github PR links to an issue describing the previous broken bolt12.

Happy Independence from the FATF Day!?

Waiting for phoenixd + btcpay support to use it for some stuff...

Is anyone working on a bolt12 standard? I already self-host a JSON file for LNURL so it's very little effort for me to add a bolt12 (using cln to receive).

In case you're wondering... I was hardcoding the php version in nginx config and forgot to update it when Ubuntu bumped it from 8.2 to 8.3.

Finally learned this one great trick to fix that once and for all: /run/php/php-fpm.sock

The QR code links in my book were broken for some time, but they work again!

I currently use romanz/electrs for Mempool, BTCPay and as my own private electrum server.

It would be nice if mempool could also use it for whatever it needs -txindex for.

Is the romanz/electrs index not suitable for some reason?

* plus a similar alternative for US folks (or a favorable court ruling so Phoenix feels comfortable coming back there)

Paralelní Polis in Prague runs BTCPay and they have some tipping functionality, though I no idea where that actually goes.

I'm hoping:

a) phoenixd takes off and they add a plugin.

b) nostr:npub155m2k8ml8sqn8w4dhh689vdv0t2twa8dgvkpnzfggxf4wfughjsq2cdcvg releases this mysterious app they announced last fall

The combination should be a acceptably self-custodial KYC-free easy to use portable lighting accepting thing. And from there merchants can continue down the rabbit hole.

Omg my zap using nostr wallet connect to nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg actually worked!

Oh and congrats!

One of the UTXO inputs for this swap was still confirming, so maybe that's related?
