Does this mean basically the only people he won’t focus upon are those basically living pay cheque to pay cheque? The middle class are done in Britain.

It has become so weird that the US Right supports Israel’s war on Palestine while the US Left supports Ukraine’s defense against Russia.

Political sides dig in. The wars become associated with culture.

There is so little voice today from those who oppose aggression. Those who support Jews but are not onboard with Israel’s actions against Palestinians. Those who support Ukrainian independence but don’t want to commit unlimited troops for border regions that literally speak Russian amid a complicated history.

More people die in Sudan and Cambodia than Israel/Palestine, but we are all focused on Israel/Palestine because it’s a conflict of cultures. Religious cultures but also western imperialism vs the global south. The focus of it all. That occupies our attention even as bigger massacres occur elsewhere that aren’t directly across these massive fault lines.

I refuse to engage in attention whoring. I support peace in most instances globally, other than total war against someone’s existence where it becomes right to fight back. People have a right to self-defense. And those who have power over others have a responsibility to hold back on using it fully.

Keep in mind that at any moment, tons of violence is occurring globally. The media directs you to a subset of it that is geographically, economically, or culturally relevant for their purposes. You ignore or are unaware of the rest, and get emotional about what is fed to you. That’s how most people act, anyway.

WHY IS nostr:npub17xvf49kht23cddxgw92rvfktkd3vqvjgkgsdexh9847wl0927tqsrhc9as NOT PAYING OUT BOUNTY #9 TO STACK WALLET?

Currently, there is a bounty for a FROST Multisig Wallet implementation in the amount of 1 BTC.

Stack Wallet started work, in September 2023, on a FROST multisig wallet implementation and has had a compliant version in their app since February of this year (first discussed on nostr:npub1jcympy69pht7ptan39se4nd09e4q66qhey649uu3rczm2zh88c7s0n2890 The Bitcoin Brief on May 22/2024).

They applied for the bounty, which originally was 2 BTC. But, was changed to 1 BTC upon them submitting their application.

Since then, it has been 8 months. I have followed up with @gladstein in another thread, but there has been no response. Where's the transparency in the process?

Stack Wallet is a terrific product that works on support from donations, fees from an in-app service and bounties such as this and the fact that this bounty has been slow rolled to this extent is getting quite suspicious.

Everyone that sees this should download Stack Wallet and do this process:

1. Create a new self-custodial Bitcoin FROST wallet with a 2nd signer (friend or another device)

2. Modify the signer set without moving funds to a new address

If you can do that, then let nostr:npub1trr5r2nrpsk6xkjk5a7p6pfcryyt6yzsflwjmz6r7uj7lfkjxxtq78hdpu, nostr:npub1cf3zeytdnwgwzz5pk2ax0vvmmlzad03xcft4d50ejrfhsh8pxcdsefx7gk and nostr:npub17xvf49kht23cddxgw92rvfktkd3vqvjgkgsdexh9847wl0927tqsrhc9as know that they can dispense the bounty.

Linus and the Linux project just shot themselves in the foot, now if you are Russian you cannot participate in the development of the kernel, politics is hateful and should not mix politics and free software projects of vital importance as Linux.

This can be a before and after in Linux.
