I started #carnivore diet 3 weeks ago.
For the first 2 weeks it was strict #lion diet. I was amazed at the changes during the first week. I thought old age was the reason for many things but now I'm certain that was not true. Truth is I already feel younger.
So far no cheat days, no cheat meals, no cheat bites, no cheat finger lickin' when cooking for others, and no cheat flavors (unflavored electrolytes daily).
