Drudge Report use to be based af. Now it has become as dishonest and blatantly biased as cnn. Disgusting and shameful. What a sell out.

It's annunciated as follows:

Butt. Is. Gay.

Threat Model Scenario #1

What do you do?

=======

Perp: "Give me your crypto and nobody gets hurt!"

You: "It's in cold storage behind a multi sig, I can't just get it to you."

Perp: "I will give you 5 minutes to figure it out, then I'll start dropping your kids."

Good morning ☕️

I hope that today brings you peace of mind and that nobody uses your doxxed #nostr profile to hunt you down and threaten your family until you hand them all your #bitcoin. #privacy

It sucks cause you want to be real and be able to market your stuff on here without fear, but what happens when someone decides you're an easy target and that with enough pressure or blackmail, they could extract from you your stack? I imagine nostr is a honey pot for terrible people who want to free us of our burdens.

It helps that someone with the same name takes up the vast majority of the seo in your state, but I eventually got a confirm match from your hario mug and your website. I stopped there but will be buying soon! 😉

Any news on this? What implications would this have on privacy features of liquid. I'd imagine that the implementation would be nicer and more user friendly than Garnet's monero implementation, however I would be worried about privacy. While liquid hides transaction amount and asset type, it wouldnt hide the address the funds are sent to and that can be tracked up until you cash out or push to onchain.

Garnet "zaps" Monero seemlessly. You see the balance incoming and simply wait for the confirmations. Liquid would be even quicker and will have none of the failed transaction issues that we deal with in lightning.

I feel like Liquid network would be a good direction to consider first before jumping on the fedi wagon. Both are federated models, one is your friends with similar experience to you in lightning node management, the other is federated by a whole bunch of companies whose business plan revolves around bitcoins success amd have been successfully doing this for a while.

Thank you for convincing me to get out of my house
