Lol, humans don't hunt with teeth. Our bodies are actually amazingly adapted for chasing, hunting and digesting animals.

Rich UK citizens threaten to fully move away from the UK if the UK requires them to pay taxes. Experience shows that few actually follow through on such threats. I have an idea for how make it even less likely they will resist taxation: require them to renounce their UK citizenship in order to avoid being liable for UK taxes. Then make it a crime for a non-citizen to fund or support …

I've known for a long time that RMS is an asshole. As I read his posts, I'm always surprised how giant that assholery is.

Heteronormativity is the idea that heterosexuality is the standard sexual orientation and that people should conform to traditional gender roles and relationships. Cues: gender roles/conformity

Heteronirmative is a social construct that assumes that everyone is heterosexual and -more importantly- heterosexuality is superior to other sexual orientations. Cue: social construct/superiority.

Biology does not conflict with morality.

As the social animals we are, it is the universal concept of tribe, not the Abrahamic man/woman duality, that drives evolutionary development. For millennia, children were raised as the children of everyone. Until the day before yesterday, other societies evolved and flourished without needing a nuclear family paradigm. It is mainly the Abrahamic traditions which, with their belligerent “each child is born a soldier, born a labourer, born a mother, and all children are the property of their father,” favour patriarchal hierarchies, the same hierarchies forcing taxing systems regulated by elites and defended with threats of violence.

So, yes, it was hardwired BUT by cultural colonialisation. Human consciousness overrides biological evolutionary traits, which do not generally apply to primates anyway.

We have a choice, and a heteronormative system imposes the power of a majority over everyone else’s will. The state is a heteronormative construct. Reject it and find your freedom. Become the sovereign of your own body, the true ruler of your mind.

Dude, where do you get these things? All the leftist gender ideologues are against the idea of hardwired psychological traits (a.k.a. biological essentialism). You can't have both.

All primates have heterosexuality and male/female dichotomy as a standard. Deal with it!

You are free to live your life as you wish, but don't force your beliefs on others, if they prefer different values or lifestyle.

I'm in a few Simplex and Signal groups, they work nicely.

My to-do/to-read list is too long already, but you are welcome to summarize the key idea(s).

But I don't really trust anthropological studies, I feel like they rely on guesswork too much.

Anyway, the argument is clear: #Free #markets do work and we know the theory behind it - economic calculation and distributed decision making. We also see it in practice: That's how you, for example, got a supercomputer in your pocket. It's also the only moral way, because it's voluntary and peaceful. (Any alternative is by definition based on violence.)

That's basically it. Case closed.

Is it #voluntary or is it #coerced?

That is the basic question everyone should ask regarding every relationship - whether it's #business, #political or #personal one.

If you give someone #authority over you, you have no guarantee that it won't be misused against you. Even worse, it will attract people who do want to use it for their own benefit.

And no, designating power via #democratic #elections does not solve this problem - it just allows the #majority to rule over the #minority.

Well, I've read Friedman, Hazlitt, Hayek, Locke and others, and I can assure you that it's not true.

1. Why are you reposting this BS again?

2. Why don't you at least try to support your silly delusions with some arguments?

Did your professor invent a new meaning for antisemitism, mr. "anti"-racist?
