I was honored to be interviewed by the great Tom Woods on my new book "Moral Money: The Case for Bitcoin".
This felt full-circle for me, since it was listening to Tom interview Erik Voorhees twelve years ago that first led me to bitcoin.
(Link to the episode in replies.)
I just submitted the manuscript for my next book to the publisher!
Title: "Moral Money: A Catholic Case for Bitcoin"
It covers not only why bitcoin is moral money, but how our current immoral monetary system is slowly destroying our standard of living.
It is being published by the biggest Catholic publisher in the country.
Look for it this summer!

The release of $MELANIA is proof that the Trumps aren’t doing the memecoins to get rich(er), but just for fun and excitement.
Contrarian opinion: I don’t think $TRUMP is that big a deal. It’s a memecoin; it’s not pretending to be a better bitcoin, or even to be anything other than a fun gambling token.
It’s very Trumpian and is unrelated to bitcoin’s future.
With Michael Saylor and other companies announcing their BTC buys, I feel like I’m required to do it as well. Something like:
Today Eric Sammons bought 0.001043 BTC for $100, at a cost basis of $95,867.
This is all true, and I think it can be summed up as “Do what everyone else is doing.”
Today is the 11th anniversary of my first Bitcoin purchase. 🎉
Just bought one for my daughter to get her off an exchange.
I did a deep dive with Catholic Bitcoin enthusiast nostr:npub1az5lmdu00wp8w5nf0sdlcah4574jfk4gr9up7kc8ktpt6vrjs85qg8mgqe about the benefits of Bitcoin: why it's sound money, why our financial system is immoral, why objections to Bitcoin don't add up, and more.
This is the definitive Catholic Bitcoin episode!
