Seems strange to mute entire lists of people because someone else didn't like them. Seems like it's encouraging group think/tribalism. 🙄

This! I would never give my password database to a company to keep on their servers. Your asking for trouble. Make multiple backups, keep on multiple devices (phones, laptop, flash drive etc...) and sync them manually once a week or something.

It's something like 89% of the time this happens. (war when an empire falls) I'm currently reading a book by Ray Dalio about this very topic. He discusses how we are usually not capable of thinking beyond our experiences. Our grandparents remember, but we don't. And these economic cycles are usually around 400 years. So we all get caught off guard. Ignorance is bliss...so to speak. Just yesterday our interest payments (US) became more than our entire national defense budget. It's insane! And the conclusion is inevitable. US is in a debt (death) spiral. Has been since 2008. Nothing can stop it now. Small countries will collapse first.
Pay is relative. With all "seriousness" . My guess is world economic collapse. Everything tied to the dollar will fall. Civil War in the US. China tries to step in to take over. Then ww3. After that who knows. Time frame... Within 15-30 years. Within our lifetime.
