Interesting take. Except there is no evidence that any DPRK military is participating in the war. It is just propaganda to create at sense of peril in the west. On a practicality angle. It would be almost impossible to integrate the DPRK into the Russian military. Besides this, Russia added 450,000 volunteers to their own army this year. Thats over 1000 per day volunteering. While there are numerous videos of Ukrainian secret police hunting down Ukrainian men and throwing them into a van to press gang them into service.
