Cold showers/plunges are addicting. You dread starting, but the feeling after is truly euphoric. You also are immediately awake. I actually don’t like taking warm showers anymore. Keeps me tired and sluggish first thing in the morning.

I work in finance and I have absolutely no idea what is going on with Binance, any of its related shitcoins, USDC, or any other wrapped or converted shitcoin on the ETH network, but I know it’s all a total fraud.

At least with old school Ponzis you had to con a sheik or a Russian oligarch. Now you just make money out of thin air, and it’s so convoluted that professionals like me can’t even figure out wtf is happening. I guess I’m impressed, kind of. Absolutely wild times.

I love JJ Grey and Mofro. Huge WSP fan, but agreed the Mikey days were better. Jimmy Herring is a virtuoso, but it’s a different sound for sure. DB and UM are fun times for sure. Enjoyed a few of their shows in my day.
