I have found that people on the keto diet that explain that issue, they aren’t getting enough fat. They have too high of a protein to fat ratio. I’d encourage you to give adding even more fat to the diet if you’re feeling that way.
Awesome to hear man. I personally don’t think there is any target to get to. Your body will find its equilibrium of you just continue to eat the same way and workout at your level of fitness. No magic datapoints or anything. I’ve been doing keto for 8 years, very strict for the last 3, and I’ve never once looked at a number. I just feel amazing, have mental clarity, and balanced energy.

My personal opinion is that many have awaken to the fact that they were lied to, but still will not take a stand for what’s right.
