I could easily go on a meat + veg diet, but my family loves carbs (we do eat mostly non-processed foods). I should really try a month without the carbs, even if they don’t partake.
I used to work in the artisanal wine & spirits biz, so I enjoy and have knowledge of those products. But I’m getting to the age where I should really give up drinking for my health. The negative effects are so much more severe these days.

I think we avoid a lot of toxicity here as a small community, so far. It will surely come with more adoption.
