It was actually a good day, did some super focused prayer earlier, ate a few things, cooked a few things, took a nice walk in the wind, pondered a few other things, had a few cigarettes, had a nice steak for lunch, some leftover pancake for dinner, and sitting here now unwinding, contemplating this and that.

may i suggest a fountain pen and a pad of vellum paper and daily journaling at the end of the day?
look into kaweco sport, with a cartridge converter, a bottle of j herbin ink, and a pad of claire fontaine paper. you'd be surprised how much a simple ritual like this adds to your overall clarity.

yeah i suppose it had a lot to do with it.
that and the multi disciplanary attempt at raising me:
learned chess at 6, violin at 6, etc. life without strategy, logic and reasoning/critical thinking is so boring i dont know what else to do.
but that can equally be applied in a naturalistic fashion to say, living offgrid and planting vegetables. the skills would just translate seamlessly an i'd probably notice bugs trying to eat the tomatos, or powder mold, sooner.
