i used to roast coffee, but these days i just drink water processed decaf. i've roasted some of that too, but its not nearly as interesting to roast, although its no more difficult. instead of the beans being green they are light brown when you start from the decaffination process.
they soak em in water and sometimes some other stuff, and it draws out the caffiene.
well it's interesting you say that. if you divide it all up 52wks in a year, most people work 40, and of those weeks most people work 40 hours a week, thats 1920 hrs a year..... so yeah. getting .25 cents here and there to them is a big deal.
it also means the fees for #willtrade need to be considerably either wholly subsidized, for them to use it, or non existant. which is interesting. i want this product accessible to everyone, and it will most likely be different based on each geographic region/country.
