Participate in a childbirth course and a breastfeeding class with your partner. She will be doing a lot of the work but knowing what she's going through and how to support her will help a lot. I did ours through our health insurance/hospital. Usually the OB will have information on this.

Well, mostly I’m saying to do better than I did. I can look at what resources we (mostly my wife) used but if we have another kid I’m going to head to ChatGPT for coaching 😅

We've used this often during our current pregnancy and it's been so helpful. I just reached the 3rd trimester this week! 🤗

Again, if you are a Christian, know that Jesus restored everything, and there is no reason for morning sickness, or any other symptoms that will be listed when you read up on pregnancy. I often found myself adding "I cancel that symptom in Jesus name" whenever I come across them, and I've been doing great! Sometimes something gets on me, but I don't allow it to stick around for very long. This is where you as the man (husand?) can come in and add strength and prayer.

I've been recommended "mamanatural.com" from a few different directions recently, but haven't really looked into it a ton myself yet.

I've mostly used "Americanpregnancy.org", and a free app called Baby Center, to get weekly updates.

Congrats! Listen, slow down, don’t let the little things bother or worry you, and sometimes good enough is perfect.

Show proactive interest in the pregnancy itself. For example, be the one to tell her “hey the baby is as big as an avocado this week”.

And this is never more true than at delivery - know what the possible interventions are, what the birth plan is, and make sure you’re not just the useless appendage modern birth turns the father into.

In short, be her hero.
