Just found out I’m going to be a father today. Even at only 6 weeks, it’s life changing seeing the ultrasound.

Any advice for new a new dad?

Seems like you might be a Christian? If so, this prayer is seriously life changing and is great to pray if there are ever any worries or you find yourself wanting to take over responsibility.

"Father God, Lord Jesus, and Holy Spirit, we turn all care, charge, control, and Godship over the safety, protection, and creation of our baby over to you!"

We've used this often during our current pregnancy and it's been so helpful. I just reached the 3rd trimester this week! 🤗

Again, if you are a Christian, know that Jesus restored everything, and there is no reason for morning sickness, or any other symptoms that will be listed when you read up on pregnancy. I often found myself adding "I cancel that symptom in Jesus name" whenever I come across them, and I've been doing great! Sometimes something gets on me, but I don't allow it to stick around for very long. This is where you as the man (husand?) can come in and add strength and prayer.

I've been recommended "mamanatural.com" from a few different directions recently, but haven't really looked into it a ton myself yet.

I've mostly used "Americanpregnancy.org", and a free app called Baby Center, to get weekly updates.

*I broke the links on purpose because pregnancy related websites have a tendency to show more skin than I am comfortable sharing online, or with my husband. 😅 I try to scroll past the images if I show him something. 😬

I'm so excited for more Nostr and bitcoin babies! And yes! The baby is real even at 6 weeks!!!! So happy for you! 🥳

First and foremost, yes I am a Christ Follwer. I really love this. I will share these links with my wife and I love your prayer. It’s so important for us to pray over our children. Prayer has more power than we know.

Orange pilling & Holy Spirit pilling babies is the goal 😇 It’s most important to give your baby and their future to Christ.

I won’t be showing pics of my baby on nostr or the internet, but I will keep updates here if I keep getting support.

Yes, we are of the same mind as we won't be showing our son either. I considered maybe showing his baby hand as proof of work 😎 but that's as far as I'd go, if I even go there.

I made my own baby planner (daily planner) where I added prayers and declarations for the pregnancy, and where I angled what happens to mom and baby in the different trimesters in a hope filled, "we're not under the curse amymore" kind of way.

But I need to update it again as I just realized I messed up on what week is actually the first in the 3rd trimester 😅

For some reason it doesn't seem to show the inside even though I added a Kindle version for that purpose. But here's a link in case that's something your wife might be interested in.

I only found planners where they pushed all the negative symptoms on the mom as if it was inevitable, hence why I made my own 😇
