If you needed to hire someone with skills that align with an MBA, would you:

1. Require an MBA from a regionally accredited school and pick candidates to interview from top schools?

2. Look purely based on work experience? No MBA required

3. Consider someone with a broad range of skills including a passion for bitcoin, but with MBA credentials from free online courses or a degree from somewhere like the Quantic School of Business and Technology?

I’m hoping to pivot 180° from 17 years of working for international organizations like the UN and go all in on bitcoin-centric work. I’m not a software developer, but have strong data analysis and strategic leadership skills and am thinking MBA courses would best complement what I could contribute.
