Per the ongoing conversation about Nostr adoption: as a kid, I remember being completely fascinated by the GPL and PGP. I knew one guy who understood the GPL, and only exchanged PGP keys with two people in the 90’s. Doesn’t matter. They were great then, and are still great now. That there is slow or minimal adoption doesn’t negate the absolute superiority of the design or the philosophy behind it.
So Nostr on.

Little doubt left that of all the social networks, Nostr has the best architecture out there. Was high on Bluesky for a few months, but it looks like the project will more closely resemble Mastadon than it should.
