Como eu fiz quando comecei e só tinha o feed global cheio de spam: usei o iris pra seguir uma galera(tem um botão follow all que facilita, tu pode por exemplo ir no meu perfil, abrir a lista de pessoas que eu sigo e seguir todos com 1 clique), daí não precisa mais usar o global que é uma bosta mesmo.

Também seria interessante tu vincular um endereço lightning(alby, wallet of satoshi, zbd, etc) no teu perfil pra poder receber zaps

Com isso feito já tem o básico, aí de resto é só bloquear um ou outro bot que for aparecendo nas conversas(em 2 meses bloqueei uns 15-20)
