As someone who does code I assure you there are many roles for non-coders in #bitcoin companies.
Imagine if bitcoiners decided to just start building the roadsā¦
Bug in client, most likely Coracle. Client publishes new list to relays as empty and that overwrites existing list. You could potentially get it back by finding a relay not used by Coracle that your other client used but that would be a lot of effort
